about these terms. these terms apply to weargimme.com and any purchase you make here. by using the site or placing an order you agree to them. we're gimme ("we", "us"). if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

who can order. you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

products and pricing. we do our best to show colors accurately, but screens vary and the physical product may differ slightly. prices are in USD unless your region shows otherwise, and can change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. we may limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion (for example, suspected resale or fraud), and we'll refund anything already charged.

orders and payment. an order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. you agree the payment and contact details you provide are accurate and current.

shipping. delivery estimates are estimates. risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the package. see our shipping & returns page for details.

returns. see our refund policy. it's part of these terms.

discount codes and promotions. one code per order unless stated otherwise. codes can't be applied after an order is placed and can be withdrawn at any time.

your account and content. if you create an account, keep your login private and tell us if it's compromised. anything you submit (reviews, photos, messages) you give us permission to use on the site and in our marketing, without payment, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

intellectual property. the gimme name, logo, product names, photography, renders and copy are ours. don't reuse them without written permission.

acceptable use. don't use the site to break the law, scrape it, interfere with it, or misrepresent who you are.

third-party links. we may link to other sites. we're not responsible for them.

limitation of liability. to the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the site or products. our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

disclaimer. the site and products are provided "as is". grip socks reduce slipping; they don't remove the need for care and proper instruction in class.

changes. we can update these terms at any time by posting the new version here. continued use of the site after that means you accept the changes.

governing law. the laws of the State of New York, United States, apply, and disputes go to the courts there.
