Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Free domestic shipping on all US orders over $50. Under $50? Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout. No hidden fees, no surprises. Just socks.

How long will my order take to arrive?
US domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. We'll send you a tracking link the moment your order is on its way so you can watch it get closer.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but we're working on it. Drop your email on our newsletter list and you'll be the first to know when we expand. We hear you and we're coming.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We process orders quickly so we can get them to you fast. Email us at gimmesocks@weargimme.com as soon as possible if you need to update your address. Once an order is packed and with the carrier, we can't make changes — so the sooner you reach out, the better.

My tracking says delivered but I haven't received anything.
First — check with neighbours and any safe spots your carrier might have left it. If it's genuinely missing, email us at gimmesocks@weargimme.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately. We'll always do right by you.


Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If your Gimmes haven't been to class yet, we'll take them back — no drama, no excuses.

How do I start a return?
Email us at gimmesocks@weargimme.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you everything you need within 1–2 business days. Simple as that.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover it entirely, no questions asked.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.


Exchanges

Can I exchange for a different size or colorway?
Yes — exchanges are welcome within 30 days on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. Email us at gimmesocks@weargimme.com with your order number and what you'd like instead and we'll sort it out. We want you in the right pair.

What if the colorway or size I want is out of stock?
If we can't fulfill your exchange, we'll issue a full refund or store credit — whichever you prefer. We'll never leave you with nothing.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

My order arrived damaged or I received the wrong item.
That is not the Gimme standard and we're genuinely sorry. Email us at gimmesocks@weargimme.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll make it right immediately — replacement sent, return covered, no hoops to jump through. No excuses. Ever.
