Refund policy

easy 30 day returns. if your gimme order isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

what's returnable. unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. socks and scrunchies are worn close to the skin, so once they've been worn or washed we can't take them back. bundles come back as the full set.

how to start a return. email gimmesocks@weargimme.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange. we'll reply with the return address and next steps. no drama.

return shipping. you cover return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, in which case we cover it and sort a replacement first.

exchanges. want a different size or colorway? same 30 days, same email. we'll get you in the right pair.

refunds. once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. original shipping charges aren't refunded unless the return was our mistake.

damaged or wrong item. email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

sale items and gift cards. final sale items are marked as such at checkout. gift cards can't be returned.
